Today is my 38th birthday. WOW! I cannot believe I am this age. Why just a few short hours ago I was only 37! This can only mean one thing {well, actually many things, but I am just going to talk about one for now}, The Diva is about to turn 4 years old. I am starting to wonder where the time went. It seems like just yesterday I gave birth to her and now she is a preschooler! Oh my, how time flies!
Realizing my baby's age got me thinking about my own journey these last 38 years and I thought I would share it with you all through pictures.

I thought about doing a philosophical post and imparting some of my hard earned wisdom garnered from the path my life has taken, but that could be a very long, drawn out entry and would likely leave you scrambling to figure out where I live so you could call the men in the white coats to come get me! I will only say this, the one thing I have learned is that there is a lesson in everything that happens to you. You either learn the lesson the first time, or you will keep getting slammed until you do {in the most loving, Godly way, of course}!
Never forget that love is the greatest thing in this world. Love your God, your family and friends with your whole heart. To do anything less is to cheat yourself and those around you out of the truth of who you are.
