Today, when you are spending time with friends and family and eating some good barbecue, thank a soldier because you are safe and free to do so. Not everybody enjoys the same freedoms we have in America.
Freedom is not free.
It was bought and paid for by the blood, sweat and tears of a soldier.

My husband goes on a Memorial Day Ride to the Veteren's Cemetery every year. People line the streets waving their flags high.
We're big on the military and their pivotal role in our freedom as Americans in this house. And we teach our kids that respect too.
