My awesome, and very talented, blog designer is having server issues, apparently. And since all of my blog's images are hosted on her server, they are not loading because of that {or at least that is what the automated response email told me}. I'm sorry about this. There is nothing I can do about it.
This is just the cherry on the cake that is my crappy day. I am feeling like such a big fat failure right now. I can't even get many people to enter my raffle. It is for a very good cause. Really, it is. And you get a beautiful premade template by April Showers Blog Design just for a tiny $3 donation. Plus you get put into a raffle for a CUSTOM blog make over by April Showers and a giveaway for a handmade gift by Queenie Jeannie's Card Boutique {Jeannie's Happy World}.
But nobody either believes I'm legit {Except those who have already donated. I love you all so much for that} or they can't seem to part with $3, even for a good cause. I know the economy sucks eggs for almost everyone right now. I get that. It just really hurts when you put so much effort into something and it fails miserably.
It feels like a reflection on my blog and who I am as a person when all you get are crickets. I even basically got called a scammer on a NING site I belong to, without even any investigation about my legitimacy! I have only raised $186 of the $1200 goal and I am running out of time.
It's not like the $3 is just gone after you donate. You get your choice of two premade color changing blogger layouts. They are way cool and perfect for those of you with blog design ADD.
And I got two articles published at MomDot.com! WOO HOO, right? I was so excited. But I haven't gotten a single comment on them. Not one. Do I really suck that bad?
Oh, well. This was my bitchmoangroan post. Thank you for reading. I will be back to my normal snarky, insane sarcasm later this week. Or tomorrow. Or something...
