OK, so I stuck my bare virtual heine out there for the whole blogosphere to see by doing Shan's Wordle Wednesdays because it was requested {thank you Ladystyx} and I thought it would be a fun activity for the outpatient therapy group. I assumed that you all would show up for a cool little game that would also link your blog and get other bloggers to see your sites. I had three entries. THREE! People, come on, now! That was just a sad, sad showing of peeps that encouraged me to do this little meme in the first place! Mr. Linky ain't exactly easy to do. He was so lonely.

Now I understand that things happen {my prayers to you and your husband, Dawn} but I was so excited to do this. My first meme. I wanted to see every member of the outpatient therapy group's Wordles. I worked hard getting Mr. Linky up and running and making sure the post was up and working properly by the ass crack of dawn my time. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. I would have been ecstatic with 10 of my followers participating. I got three.

It occurred to me that maybe this is competing with Wordless Wednesday and Wordful Wednesday, so I think I have come up with a solution. Shan's Wordle Wednesdays will now be Shan's Week-End Wordles. This way it doesn't compete or get confused with the other two popular Wednesday memes. Sound good to you all? The first Shan's Week-End Wordles will be on Saturday, March 7, 2009. As you can see by the picture, I am now on twitter. I have been debating about doing this for some time now, as I do not need another thing to main line me to this PC nor do I need something else for my Husband to bitchmoangroan about and accuse me of using it to avoid doing housework, laundry or Mothering The Diva.

I actually got roped into it by Blogger and Google while exploring the new follower widget that was unveiled a couple of days ago. And luckily I found a way to auto feed my blog posts to twitter so I don't have to do any extra work really, unless there is something I really want/need to tweet. SAWEET!

I got my car back late this afternoon. YAY! I'm mobile again! WOO HOOO! It cost me $539.86, including the tow charge. UUUGGGHH!! The Smog repairs were $525.39 {separate bill}, of which I only had to pay $8.25! My car is now running pretty well {we do need a new radiator, though, hopefully it can be done by the end of the month}, my license tags are on their way and I have found one of the last honest mechanics in this world {I will be making a complaint about the other idget grease monkey to the CA BAR. I do not want anyone else to get taken in by him}. I'm happy.

I'm not at all happy about having to borrow the money to pay for the repairs from my Mother, the groveling and hoops of fire she made me deal with in order to get her to even say yes or the fact that I now have to go see her tomorrow and let her meet my baby girl for the first time. OY Vie! The things you will do to help out your family or get the bills paid!

By the way, Obama is handing out a 3 Trillion dollar spending plan. UMMM, wouldn't that money have been better spent by giving each poor or middle class American citizen an equal share of that particular pot? I personally think it would have been a better boon to the economy to put that cash in our pockets rather than in pork barrel spending.

So sorry President Obama, but what you are doing is not new, different or better. It is the same old Big Government, Liberal Democratic Pork Barrelling behavior you have been doing for years. I really think you need to get a truly new strategy, because this one ain't gonna fly! Even many of the misled, blind followers are disillusioned by your actions so far. And you have only been in office a little over a month!

{Note to the New Administration: We see right through you! This is not change we can believe in, unless the change you were speaking of was skin color!}
